Forsan Cybersecurity Consultancy ("Forsan", "we", "us") is a cybersecurity firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what information we collect through forsansec.com and the Forsan mobile app, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

فُرسان للاستشارات الأمنية السيبرانية ("فُرسان"، "نحن") شركة سعودية متخصصة في الأمن السيبراني، مقرها الرياض. توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي نجمعها عبر موقع forsansec.com وتطبيق فُرسان للجوال، وسبب جمعها، وكيف يمكنكم التحكم بها.

Information we collect

المعلومات التي نجمعها

We only collect what a given feature actually needs to function. There is no advertising SDK, analytics tracker, or third-party data broker anywhere on the site or in the app.

لا نجمع سوى ما تحتاجه كل خاصية فعلياً لتعمل. لا توجد أي أداة إعلانات أو تتبع تحليلي أو طرف ثالث لبيع البيانات في الموقع أو التطبيق.

• Threat Actor Claim watchlist: the email address you provide, plus the country or entity you ask us to watch, so we can alert you when a matching claim appears.
• مطالبة الجهة المُهدِّدة (المراقبة): البريد الإلكتروني الذي تُدخله، والدولة أو الجهة التي تطلب مراقبتها، لنتمكن من تنبيهكم عند ظهور مطالبة مطابقة.
• Ask AI chat: your email address (used only to apply a fair daily usage limit) and the questions you ask.
• محادثة "اسأل الذكاء الاصطناعي": بريدكم الإلكتروني (يُستخدم فقط لتطبيق حد يومي عادل للاستخدام) والأسئلة التي تطرحونها.
• Newsletter / research digest: the email address you submit to receive it.
• النشرة البريدية / ملخص الأبحاث: البريد الإلكتروني الذي تُدخله للاشتراك.
• Quote requests and course enrollment: your name, email, and any company/message details you choose to submit through a form.
• طلبات عروض الأسعار والتسجيل بالدورات: اسمكم وبريدكم الإلكتروني وأي تفاصيل عن الشركة أو رسالة تختارون إرسالها عبر النموذج.
• Mobile app push notifications: if you enable them, a device push token so we can deliver the weekly threat digest. No token is created unless you opt in.
• إشعارات تطبيق الجوال: عند تفعيلها، نحتفظ برمز الجهاز لإرسال ملخص التهديدات الأسبوعي. لا يُنشأ أي رمز إلا بموافقتكم.
• Standard server logs: IP address, browser/device type, and pages requested — ordinary web-hosting logs kept for security and abuse prevention, not analytics.
• سجلات الخادم المعتادة: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح/الجهاز والصفحات المطلوبة — سجلات استضافة اعتيادية للأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وليست لأغراض تحليلية.

The mobile app currently has no account/login system. Your email is saved locally on your own device (so you don't have to retype it) and is also sent to our server only at the moment you subscribe to a watchlist or send a chat message.

لا يحتوي تطبيق الجوال حالياً على نظام حسابات/تسجيل دخول. يُحفظ بريدكم الإلكتروني محلياً على جهازكم (لتجنّب إعادة كتابته)، ويُرسل إلى خادمنا فقط لحظة اشتراككم في المراقبة أو إرسال رسالة محادثة.

How we use AI, and what we deliberately exclude

كيف نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وما نستثنيه عمداً

The "Forsan AI Analysis" and "Ask AI" features are processed by Google's Gemini API. When we request an analysis of a threat claim or CVE, we deliberately exclude victim-identifying details (such as the victim's name) from what is sent — only the attack pattern, threat-actor behavior, and technical details are shared. Chat questions you type are sent as-is to generate a response; avoid including sensitive personal or client information in a chat message.

تتم معالجة ميزتي "تحليل فُرسان بالذكاء الاصطناعي" و"اسأل الذكاء الاصطناعي" عبر واجهة Gemini من جوجل. عند طلب تحليل مطالبة تهديد أو ثغرة، نستثني عمداً أي تفاصيل تُعرّف بهوية الضحية (كاسمها) مما يُرسَل — يُشارَك فقط نمط الهجوم وسلوك الجهة المُهاجمة والتفاصيل التقنية. أما أسئلة المحادثة فتُرسل كما كتبتموها لتوليد الرد؛ يُرجى تجنّب تضمين معلومات شخصية حساسة أو بيانات عملاء في أي رسالة محادثة.

• Google (Gemini API): processes AI analysis and chat requests, as described above.
• جوجل (واجهة Gemini): تعالج طلبات التحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي والمحادثة، كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
• Brevo: our email delivery provider, used to send watchlist alerts and the newsletter. Brevo does not use your address for its own marketing.
• Brevo: مزوّد إرسال البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بنا، ويُستخدم لإرسال تنبيهات المراقبة والنشرة البريدية. لا تستخدم Brevo بريدكم لأغراضها التسويقية الخاصة.
• Expo: delivers mobile push notifications on our behalf, using only the device token, if you opted in.
• Expo: يُرسل إشعارات الجوال نيابةً عنا، باستخدام رمز الجهاز فقط، إذا وافقتم على تفعيلها.
• Apple / Google app stores: handle app distribution and, if you ever pay for a subscription, billing — governed by their own privacy policies.
• متجرا Apple وGoogle: يتوليان توزيع التطبيق، وعند الاشتراك المدفوع مستقبلاً، عمليات الدفع — وتخضعان لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

We keep watchlist, chat, and newsletter data for as long as the subscription is active. Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; using it removes you from that list. To request full deletion of your data, email us at the address below.

نحتفظ ببيانات المراقبة والمحادثة والنشرة البريدية طالما ظل الاشتراك فعالاً. تتضمن كل رسالة تنبيه رابط إلغاء اشتراك بنقرة واحدة؛ استخدامه يزيلكم من تلك القائمة. لطلب حذف بياناتكم بالكامل، راسلونا على البريد أدناه.

Consistent with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and similar frameworks, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from any list. Contact us using the details below and we will act on it promptly.

Children's privacy

خصوصية الأطفال

Forsan's site and app are intended for security professionals and business users, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

موقع وتطبيق فُرسان موجّهان للمختصين في الأمن السيبراني ومستخدمي الأعمال، وليس للأطفال. لا نقوم عن قصد بجمع بيانات من أي شخص دون سن 18 عاماً.
